The apartment is a three bedrooms duplex, 2 rooms on the top floor and one at the bottom floor. It is between Sterling Pl and Franklin Ave, a 6 min walk to the 2/3/4/5 station and 10 to A/C, about 15-20 min ride to Manhattan. There are 3 laundromats within vicinity, with 2 of them opens 24/7. There’s a lot of cute restaurants, bars, coffee shops, city bike stations around the corners, and super proximity to Prospect Park! 😊
You will share the kitchen and the bathtub with two female roommates in their early thirties. Both work hybrid.
Roommate 1 - works in the medical field and model on the side. Enjoys cooking, workout, exploring the city, and travels! She is LGBTQ+ friendly, a social drinker, and a non-smoker (420 friendly). She is a direct communicator and super easy going.
Roommate 2 - works in the gift card industry. Enjoys social gathering, baking, and trying new things. She is also LGBTQ+ friendly, a light drinker (lightweight), and a non-smoker (420 friendly). Also a direct communicator and easy going.
About you:
Ideally, you would be professional in late twenties to early thirties. You like to be clean and doesn’t cook daily (kitchen is a bit small, so one person cooking at a time). You are a good communicator and easy going. Also pet free as well.
For the duration of the stay, you must be financially stable, willing to show bank statement or proof of employment. First month and security will be required upon moving in.
We want our apartment to be clean, homey, and drama free. Will share video of the shared space upon inquiry.
