We have lived in the same house for 15 years and always gotten mail with no problem. We have a street address and a PO Box. Now, the Watertown, NY location is turning everything back EXCEPT JUNK MAIL for insufficient address, if the street address appears at all, instead of forwarding to our local post office as usual. The worst part is that you cannot call them. The line is always busy or says out of service. I’ve also had mail do circles around upstate NY before being returned or delivered. What an aggravating mess!
