I'm 71, originally from Switzerland, and now living in Spain.

Instead of deciding that I'm too old for all this online stuff, I've decided to find out for myself whether it's actually possible to build an online income from scratch today.

So I'm learning AI tools, experimenting with social media, trying things that work – and quite a few that don't. 😄

No Lamborghini. No “make $10,000 in 30 days”. No guru story.

Just an old beginner figuring it out as I go.

I'm curious: If you had to start from zero today, what would you focus on first to build a realistic online income?

And especially: what would you not waste your time on?
