ZOWIE RMA returned my monitor with 5 dead pixels

Honestly, I didn’t expect my first experience with ZOWIE’s customer service to be so frustrating.

As a competitive player of cs, warzone and valorant, I specifically chose zowie because of the brand’s reputation in esports and professional competition. I expected top-tier quality and reliable customer service.

Unfortunately, my monitor developed a panel issue after only about a year of use, so I had to send it in for repair.

After waiting over 2 weeks without being able to use my equipment properly, I finally got my monitor back… only to discover that the returned unit now had 5 dead or stuck pixels, visible during normal use.

To make matters worse, the original stand that I had sent in with the monitor completely disappeared during the return process and was never returned to me.

So, after already losing weeks due to the first repair, I am still waiting for a new response and an investigation regarding the dead pixels and the missing stand.

This is extremely disappointing for a brand with such a strong reputation in esports.

To be honest, the customer service representative on Reddit was polite and forwarded my case internally, and the service team in France seems to be investigating the situation right now.
I really hope a proper and fast solution can be found because at the moment this entire experience has been exhausting and very frustrating as a customer.

I will update this post depending how the situation gets resolved.

deadpixeltest (noir, gris, blanc, RGB)
reset d’usine
changement de câble DP/HDMI
Rien n’a changé.
