Hi all,

I’m currently on a Graduate Visa that expires on 28th June. My partner and I have given notice to the council and have our initial interview next Tuesday.

I’m a bit worried about whether my case might be referred for further investigation since I’m a foreign national and my visa is expiring soon. Ideally, I’d like to avoid the 70-day notice period.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What are the chances of it being referred, and is there anything I can do to reduce the likelihood?

Any advice would be really appreciated
