A shot in the nothingness, the absolute truth.
As the title says, I don’t really expect this to happen. It’s just a shot in the dark. I’m just another one of you guys. Same story. Long time BoC fan, losing my mind over the new album, listened to Prophecy probably a billion times already, waiting for Inferno to drop like everyone else. Nothing special here.
And again, nothing special about the fact that I missed the ticket sale for the LA listening party. I’ve even been organizing a small listening party of our own here in SF, just like many of you are doing.
But this is my shot in the dark. There’s this friend I have who would’ve absolutely died if we could catch this thing together on Friday. Someone extremely close to me, who I haven’t really been able to make happy for a long time.
I’m not here just trying to buy tickets. I’m here to go against the entropy and see if maybe two people who can’t make it anymore would be willing to trade their spots knowing two others will absolutely experience Inferno to the core + obviously ticket price + all the merch you want + endless gratitude from us.
I tried this once in the Radiohead community and somehow received the most generous love for the Wall of Eyes listening party in LA.
