Best AI expense management software for a startup?

Context: Team of 5, fintech startup, main expense area are a mix of saas tools, a couple of contractor payments, and card spend spread across three of us who buy tools independently.

The main concern we have right now is we have zero visibility into our expenses until we reconcile everything at the end of the month. We are looking for something that gives real time visibility per person, ideally with spend controls so nobody's card auto-renews. Any good suggestions?

Want me to tune the numbers/specifics (team size, expense categories) before you use it, or is this close enough to post as-is?

LinkedIn is the most useless platform OAT

Been on LinkedIn for four months applying consistently, 10 to 20 jobs per day and I didn't get a single response.

Most platforms at minimum send a rejection and LinkedIn has absolutely no standard for communication after the application. I apply for 2-3 hours a day and never get anything back.

Has anyone even ever gotten a job with LinkedIn ?

How do people use AI from big companies knowing the damage they're doing to the environment?

It's well documented at this point that the major AI companies run on data centers that actively make this worse, with more energy and more water every year, and the numbers only keep climbing. So how does everyone still use these tools day to day? I really think some majors changes are needed in AI consumption in order to keep AI as a sustainable technology. What do you think?

Best way to get user feedback for your app?

I shipped my first app about a month ago, an AI habit tracker that nudges you before you break a streak. Launch went ok, around 250 signups, but retention is rough. Something like 70% never come back after day one, and my analytics show most people drop right after signup before they ever set up their first habit.

The issue is I can't tell why. The numbers show me where people leave, not what's confusing or what's missing. Friends just say it looks cool, and I'm too close to it to see what a new user sees.

So whats the best way to actually get product feedback at this stage? User calls, paying for it, posting somewhere specific? Trying to figure out whats worth the time. Thanks!
