You told me to return my Morgan Wallen tickets under your “FanProtect” Guarantee and promised comparable seats. It took 5 phone calls and 4 emails to get replacements.
After driving 2 hours, paying for a hotel, and arriving at the concert, my yreplacement seats were behind the stage. We couldn’t see the show and left early.
