When to stop Pilates..
35+3 I’ve been continuing to do reformer Pilates throughout my pregnancy (minus the first trimester.. barely made it out of that alive 😅) keeping in mind safe pregnancy modifications. Recently I’ve been having pretty bad mons pain and I’ve been reading that it can be related to improper movements. Wondering if lunges, squats, etc that I’m doing in pilates, regardless of if they are preg safe, are causing this? When would you tap out?
