Some quick numbers for you

Through 5 games:

- we’ve committed a total of 30 penalties compared to 44 penalties through the first five games of the 2025 season.

- averaging 30.0 points per game and approximately 458.3 total yards per game, compared to 26.8 points per game and 373.9 total yards per game through the first 5 games of the 2025 season

- allowing an average of 20.75 points per game and 365 yards per game. through the first five games of the 2025 season, the Auburn defense allowed an average of 16.4 points per game and 316 yards super game

Regardless of what you think, this is a more disciplined team by penalties and a more productive offensive team than under Hugh Freeze. There has been improvement in those areas, despite the problems we still have. We had a horrible outing from a penalty perspective yesterday in a tough road environment.

The defense is playing respectably given the talent we lost on that side of the ball. There are problems to correct here but I can personally let most of this slide.

Water coming from range hood

I have small amounts of water leakage in my range hood when it rains. I don’t see any other water leakage outside of the duct, but I plan to double check this after next big rain. I’m not sure if rain is blowing in or if it’s just channeled through the tape job.

I’m planning to replace the cap with something similar but maybe a bit more rain protection. Should I just install a gooseneck vent instead? I assume I’ll have to trim the duct down for this. Im fairly DIY and assume I can handle this job, but hoping for some feedback.
