I had my exams on 9th, 17th and 18th of June, my result was obviously declared on 5th of August, and it's been like 13 days and my TOC hasn't been updated😭😭

FYI, I sent out my necessary documents to NIOS main HQ on 2nd July and was received by 4th of July. Apparently when asked if the short fee notification on the dashboard is necessary to be paid, they just said wait for the TOC to come, you don't have to pay.
