My character was in the cloud when Gen1 dropped and I was on Gen1 hours later when it rolled back. It's not on any of my regular servers and I haven't had a chance to try the official Genesis server yet.

Is there a link to the form I can fill out to recover my character? The discord message just says #unknown-channel form.

Also, are they going to restore my boss unlocks and expansion point unlocks? I was lvl 175 and if they can't fully restore it I may just ask for a refund for the dlc and call this my last Ark
