UPDATED-my head chef told me i dont have "enough drive and commitment"

im 17 years old and and my resturants been getting hit everyday in the last 2 weeks its like everyday is valentines day, and i wasnt sheculed to work a saturaday and he messages me at 7pm the day beore telling me "to be there" and im actually busy i have someting at 3pm on saturday so i told him i cant do till close that day and he said i dont have enough "commitment and drive if im really serious about it" even though ive worked more hours this week then he has idk if hes just tweaking because one of our co workers already quit, what should i do

UPDATE

i got upset because he started talking about how im never going to be a good chef, and what im doing right now isnt ever going to work he said to fuck off, then he deleted the messege then said this word for word

You're a child. Your slow. Every employee has complained about you. You get in the way and when you have down time you just step away and look at your phone. You are slow. You say your dream is to be a chef but from judging from your work ethic and attitude that's something you will never be.
You always talk back to coaching and training yet you can't even properly use a broom. I've been fighting to keep you because all my managers have heard negative comments about you from other employees. You need to quit bullshitting and focus if you're ever going to be a chef.
Stop thinking you know it all. Be productive, clean and effiecent.

what do you guys think i should do i mentally already quit and told him off and i guess who evers above him told me to talk to him about it tommorow what should i do just quit or talk about it?
