I was stupid and clicked on an X telegram link wanting to trade nudes. After I gave them it they threatened to send it to my family or post it somewhere to ruin my life. I immediately blocked them and deleted telegram but four days later they texted me an image of an unsent X post with the nudes and my face which I sent to them. They also put my number and my name in the posts bio. I immediately blocked them again. What do I do? I’m scared and paranoid right now.
