Can I skim over this or does all the drywall need to be replaced? If I skim over it do I need to apply something to the bare sheet rock first? The paint was bubbled up and as I scraped it peeled down to the sheet rock.
Hi everyone, looking for some good advice on how to proceed. Our former tenants are threatening to take us to small claims over the deposit. We knew they had one dog when they moved in but at some point they got another dog and never disclosed that. Given it is written into the lease that they are only allowed one small dog on the premises, do we have some rights to their deposit? There was a lot of damage from the dogs. Any help is appreciated.
