solo resort ideas

hello! i'm looking for ideas for a last minute solo trip in july, preferably a resort. anywhere from 6-14 days. i'd be flying from ontario, canada and probably have a budget of about $4k, but would be willing to adjust for the right place.

i've never travelled alone and i just want to RELAX! I have looked into wellness retreats, as I'm mainly doing this for a break for my body and mind as i'm incredibly burnt out. i'm not super into yoga or meditation or anything, so i'm not sure how much i'd enjoy a wellness retreat, but i'd definitely try the classes.

all inclusive would be ideal, but alcohol being included is not needed. i want somewhere warm and not too far. would love to just get some sun and swim, but it would be a bonus if there were some activities included. right now i'm looking at costa rica, but i'm so stuck!

Please give me recs and ideas!!! TIA!!!

Some info:

I love live performances, art, animals, snorkelling, hiking and nature
I do not like super adventurous activities like zip lining, scuba diving or rafting
I'm in my late twenties.
I'd prefer not to go to the US
I'd consider a solo group trip from a place like contiki or gadventures, but I know that wouldn't be a relaxing trip.

Relaxing Solo Trip Advice

hello! looking for advice and recommendations on travel ideas for myself. I am a woman in my late twenties that's hoping to travel in June or July, for 5-14 days. Ideally somewhere warm and not crazy expensive, but I'm also willing to spend a good amount. My biggest concern is my safety. I've never travelled alone. I'd love to just spend a week at a resort on the beach, but I'm not sure how safe they'd be for a single woman or how fun. I'm not sure if I'd be okay with hostels, I want this to essentially be planned for me or for me to follow along with a group. I'm in Canada, so not looking to go too far, but am considering Greece. I also want to avoid the US. I've looked into trips with contiki and the like, but I'm still unsure. Hoping to gain some insight from well travelled people. I want to relax, but I'd be open to a more active group trip as well.

What would you suggest? TIA!
