HELP! Aftermarket stereo audio works sometimes???

I recently replaced all 4 speakers and the head-unit in my 2013 nissan versa. After replacing the speakers audio worked completely fine, with no issues. I then replaced the head unit with this after market stereo (aftermarket stereo). Audio was clean and everything worked perfectly fine for about a week, until the audio cut out, there was no pop from the speakers, it just simply stopped playing through the speakers. Every now and again the audio will randomly come through but immediately stops working when the car is turned off. So I checked my connections, to make sure nothing was loose or shorted, all seemed to be fine. What i did notice was another 3rd blue wire coming from the aftermarket stereo that i didn’t previously have connected to anything else, so i figured that could be my problem. I went to connect it to the other two, there was no immediate connection, but when the wire hit a certain spot the audio randomly came on again, but wont stay on once the car is turned off. What the heck am i supposed to do with this 😭
