should I be concerned? How concerned should I be?

should I be concerned? How concerned should I be?

We have a ft nanny for our 7 MO. She was great, but lately she has not been doing any of the baby cleaning/bottles/etc, she has been crawling into our bed, clothed, to take naps while the baby is sleeping beside her (basically co-sleeping with our baby), and I have found her on the nanny cam, many times, sleeping while the baby was playing and crawling/climbing. She was sound asleep many times, or on her phone, ignoring the baby.. This is only the tip of the iceberg lately, including failing to give him milk throughout the day.

She has also become quite intimate with our infant, kissing him a lot, on the face and mouth, and creating a bit of emotional comments when she leaves for the day.

[update] Clearly, I am concerned and the rapid feedback on this group more than confirmed my concern and need for immediate action. I am grateful.

Now, I really need your help to find a new nanny urgently. I have worked with agencies in the past (that's how I got this nanny) and many send out very poorly qualified resumes, but charge huge fees just to send me junk.

I am in western Loudoun county, Virginia, outside of DC, near Leesburg, VA. I've exhausted the current care.com listings, and scanned the local FB pages. I've also looked at the INA (international nanny association) job board. I've considered agencies again, but I feel really duped by my prior experiences. Can anyone suggest a really excellent agency, perhaps a local one to the region?

Thank you all. I appreciate this community.
