2 weeks post op breast lift and implants

T junction incision opened after breast lift & Augmentation with implants

I am two weeks +1 day postop from a breast lift and augmentation with implants. I got my procedure done out of state and I live in a small town where we don’t have many options for care other than urgent care in the hospital. I was instructed to leave my tapes on until they fall off on their own and this recent Sunday, my left side is healing great, everything is closed and it hasn’t been bleeding or anything, but I noticed my right side underneath was bleeding through the tapes and onto my gauze and just soaked through the gauze. It was dark blood, however, like it was old, so I thought maybe it was just old fluid/blood being released. I took the tape off the next day and saw that my incision looked like it was open, and some of the sutures were exposed. My surgeon’s office has been very hard to get a hold of, and I haven’t been able to talk to a nurse or show them photos of what’s going on. I have been keeping it clean with saline washes, keeping dressings on it and applying ointment (switching bacitracin and a silver antimicrobial ointment) before hand after cleaning it but it is definitely still draining that dark blood. The area is not warm, no smells and I don’t have a fever or anything. As of today, the sutures aren’t as visible, but it just keeps bleeding on my gauze so I don’t know if it’s just draining or if there’s an active opening or something. I’ve been wearing my surgical/sports bras as instructed and sleeping upright.
Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences with something like this? I am very worried and it is stressful that I cannot get a hold of my doctors office in a timely manner, and they just keep telling me a nurse will call me. We have a plastic surgeon here in town, but they are not available until Monday either and I’m worried about something going wrong. I have the ability to go to urgent care, but I am trying to get some answers before Monday when the doctors office here opens up again.
