Doctor switched from 300 mg gabapentin 3 times a day to 75 mg lyrica twice a day. haven't started it yet, doctor said shouldn't have any problem switching. was curious if anybody has switched from the dose of gabapentin im on to the dose of lyrica i was switched to? How was the transition?
