I'm trying to decide between Starluxe Premium Economy or JAL Premium Economy, they are $100 difference, but Starluxe includes two legs for Premium Economy, which is technically a better experience? Never flown either before, but have heard great things about JAL. Routes Below

Starluxe is BKK-TPE-SEA-AUS. first two legs are are premium Economy

JAL is BKK-NRT-SEA-AUS. first two legs are premium economy (edited)

Timewise about the same.

Also open to alternatives, but this the best I've found so far!

EDIT: for both legs bkk-tokyo or Taiwan-seattle are in premium economy.

Has anyone had success or failures with this? I booked two separate award tickets from BOS-LHR and LHR-BLR all on Virgin website, both flights are operated by Virgin.

Will they check my bags through to BLR? I know what the policy says, but looking for anyone who has actually tried this.
