3 ounces cooking fat down the drain - what to do?

Edit: After 17 replies... Thank-you thank-you thank-you for the advice and the jokes. Kept me from overreacting...

Original: Septic system is just 4 years old. Tank was pumped out 4 months ago. We've been very diligent about not putting grease down the drain. Recently my son started cooking. The no grease down the drain rule has been reviewed many times but he had a teenager moment and poured about 3 ounces of chicken grease down the drain last night. There are no symptoms that anything is wrong ( it was just last night)... but should we do anything. Should we get an extra pump out to be safe? And... who knows, he's probably sent the occasional tablespoon of oil down the drain with occasional cooking. Am I just overreacting? More about our system: there is an intermediate pump between the tank and the field too. The intermediate tank has to fill before the water gets pumped to the field.
