Good news. No one can raid the Pac. P4 or G5
If this law passes it means no one can take a school from the Pac since it would make the conference "unviable."

What would you grade this raw Morgan?
Purchased this coin yesterday, Got it home and compared it to a same date PCGS 64+ I have and thought it looked at least as good. Is it within the realm possibility this could be an MS65? Or am I hallucinating?
