I’ve had this on my body for as long as I can remember. I went to doctors as a kid and it was never mentioned to me or anything like that.

I’ve had this on my body for as long as I can remember. I went to doctors as a kid and it was never mentioned to me or anything like that.

I am a male, 23 years old, 5’ 11” from the south east part of America I am overall healthy, work 5 days a week in a kitchen, and haven’t been super sick in years. Skin is red and looks inflamed, but there is absolutely no discomfort in any of the areas. The red skin also feels super smooth, like more smooth than natural. Any advice would be great especially home remedies or otc medications.
