Yesterday I reached Bamboo Guardian tier under Betpanda's loyalty system and played at high volume specifically because of the rakeback attached to that tier.

Today -- with no prior announcement, no email, no notification of any kind -- they replaced the entire tier system with a new one. My Bamboo Guardian status and all rakeback accrued under it are gone. Support refused to pay what I earned under the old structure.

To be clear about what happened: they did not cancel rakeback. They swapped in a new system overnight and used that swap to erase what they owed under the previous one. There was no grace period, no warning, no opt-out. Players who reached higher tiers yesterday based on active promotions woke up today with nothing.

I have screenshots of my support conversations and transaction history confirming the timeline.

If you played yesterday and held any tier under the old system, check your account now. I want to know if others were affected the same way.

Well, I used google workspace (standard plan), I had free 1 month offer, however by mistake (I guess), It was 1 year plan, which I could not cancell, because cancellation fee was equal to using it.

Today I came accross another issue. Since I had a google workspace, I thought I could add another user, seems like it was not free. When I saw that, I removed the user immediately, however, +1 license fee is already added and can't do anything about that.

And one last thing. Before adding that another user, I wanted to change with my default user, because business email domain, which was my default months ago expired, business - shut down, however google didnt help me remove that account and change it to new one.

I don't know what to do. and the worst issue is that, If i decide to abandon that subscription, I will not have access to my personal email as well, because I DONT KNOW WHY (sorry for caps), but when I purchased the subscription, my business email and my personal one entwined. so, when I want to sign up or log in somewhere and I write my namename@gmail.com and press enter it automatically rewrites itself while proceeding to password ant typing namename@businessmail.

Google doesnt have a live chat, and their guides are not very useful. so if you have any suggestions or can help me somehow fix at least 1 of the many issues provided in this post, I will be more than thankful.
