For homeowners with known issues with their properties

Would you sell your house with an issue that will cause the next owners problems in the long run and hope the inspection misses it, or would you address the problem first at a huge cost out of your pocket (or at least disclose the issue to potential buyers?)

What would you do if put in this situation?

Plant suggestions

Hi we have about 15m long 1.5m wide space under a retaining wall that we are not sure how to make use of. At this stage we have planted 2x calamondin, 1x lime tree, and a variegated lemon tree already. We are planning to add 1 more calamondin and a satsuma mandarin to fill up the space.

Can anyone suggest what to do with the space under these plants? It had been heavily mulched from the build 3 years ago but now grass has started to grow out of it. I would prefer not to top it up with mulch and maintaining it might not be as easy once the citrus trees have grown a bit tall.

I was thinking planting small shrubs around it e.g. golf ball, lorapetalum etc but not sure if they will compete with the still growing trees. Thanks
