17 Years with Hipsamatic
I’ve been a fan and user of Hipstamatic from the very beginning. I love the app, taking photos with it, and processing them through the app.
But after 17 years, why don’t we have a desktop version yet?
Does anyone else feel the same way?
I’d love to have the ability to use other cameras with Hipstamatic, or even create and manage my own presets on a larger screen. There’s something really appealing about having that same creative experience on a desktop.
Also, with the newer version of the app, does anyone else have trouble setting a specific point of focus when using depth of field?
In Classic, the feature is much easier to use. I can see an overlay showing the area that will be blurred, and I can drag it around the image to place the visual point of focus exactly where I want the eye to land.
I’d love to see something similar in the newer version.
