How to improve my sleep cuz it takes me at least 90mins for me too fall asleep
yea so probably any adhd has experienced this as for me I struggle to sleep every single night and I had enough of it so I decided that I should ask r/ADHD and I hope to get some good advice to fix this problem I would be delighted to hear from you guys (yes this has been asked before but didn’t really work out well )

Hi I came back from bad grades all fixed my mom now officially let’s me join back Reddit
so a few weeks or months ago I had to delete my Reddit account because of my absolute straight up horrible grades and now the school year has ended and my grade are back at a good level and so my mom said continuing as a Redditor is allowed sooooo yippee ;)
