Getting this message when starting AI studies: "Sorry, you cannot participate in this study at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Your account is in good standing."

Do you know why? Was I removed from the pool? There are many spots left and I see the number going down meaning others are able to participate.

Image Instruction Following Evaluation

Prompts do not match the created images at all. How are people submitting their tasks???? These should be clear returns because of technical issues.

Why does MYFTB says this after I login? "This account information is not available in MyFTB at this time. Wait 10 business days before logging in again." Everything was fine just yesterday.

Is this the new normal? Wasting plenty of time to click on various studies only to see it was filled in a couple of seconds? Absolutely unfair and selfish.
