Recommendations for a food processor or blender?

want to make hommous - my ninja cant cut it it makes it a paste hehe

I’m interviewing at both Barclays & BoFA for a quant dev role. I come from a data science background but done a load of new skills which make me applicable (not a phd/msc person either). currently at a well known British Bank, but middle office.

for Barclays it’s Global Markets and for BofA its part of their general markets team so i assume the same.

how is the work life balance over at either one?
is there a better one to pick for progression opportunities and prospects?
