Dog park
New to the area. Looking for a nice dog park. I have two goldens. I went to the bicentennial park and it was full of fox tails and no grass.

I live where it is dry and hot. We have 2 seasons, winterish and summer. Typically my town in Aug will spend the entire month over 100F and have at least two weeks over 105F. Today was 95F and being outside at 6pm caused a massive flair up- it was still 95F.
I drink tons of fluids. When I’m planning on being outside I have a liquid iv to prep, and drink another while I am outside. I sweat like I’m running a marathon, and my heart rate ranges from 135-190.
I am active, at least 30 min of movement at least 5 days a week. My heart may think I’m running from a bear but at most I’m jogging for a few minutes and dealing with kids or horses the rest.
What else can I do? Compression gear in 100F+ weather isn’t survivable. I wear it when I can. I can’t move somewhere else, not yet. We are looking into that, but what I’m doing isn’t enough.
This may be stupid, but I’m confused.
I’m watching the games and noticed the ‘stripes’ on the field. The field markings line up with them, however, are the ‘stripes’ are different widths for the penalty area than the center circle ?
The penalty area is 18’, the center circle has a radius of 10’.
Did they make the stripes for the center circle 5yds vs 6 yds?
I know it doesn’t matter but still it’s bothering me not knowing for sure.
I am looking for an app that can help me track my gym days to best help me train. I POTS- I like being able to mark off what exercises I did, track my progress, and work on my recovery heart rate. I was using RunninRef, and there were a lot of things I liked about that app, but I am also recovering from an injury and I have a specific routine i am working on, and I cannot adjust the workout. So I am looking for something else.
So I am looking for something similiar, only where I can input in the workout. Most of the apps are only for strength workouts, I need to include cardio options, and even yoga/ restorative days.
Any thoughts? If I could make my own app I would. I have an iphone if that helps. thanks.
