

UPDATE: Courier officially declared my Glitch package "lost/stolen" right before delivery
Hey everyone, thanks for the huge support on my previous post! Since it got a lot of traction, here is a new update.
I finally managed to get a response from EcoScooting support, and it's just as bad as you'd expect. They literally sent me an email admitting that my package "has been marked as lost/stolen/damaged" ("ha sido marcado como perdido/robado/dañado") and that they have now launched a formal investigation ("proceso de investigación").
What makes me absolutely furious is that, according to their own tracking system, the package vanished inside their logistics center while it was being sorted and prepared for the delivery driver! How do you even manage to "lose" a plushie inside a secured warehouse right before loading it into the van?!
I have already contacted Glitch Productions support, provided all the screenshots from the courier, and strictly demanded a replacement package to be sent via a sane, normal carrier like Correos or DHL. I'm not risking another EcoScooting nightmare.
If you are from Spain or Europe and waiting for your Glitch merch, please double-check your tracking. If it's with EcoScooting, be careful. I'll keep you guys updated on whether Glitch support handles this properly!
