Hey everyone, thanks for the huge support on my previous post! Since it got a lot of traction, here is a new update.

I finally managed to get a response from EcoScooting support, and it's just as bad as you'd expect. They literally sent me an email admitting that my package "has been marked as lost/stolen/damaged" ("ha sido marcado como perdido/robado/dañado") and that they have now launched a formal investigation ("proceso de investigación").

What makes me absolutely furious is that, according to their own tracking system, the package vanished inside their logistics center while it was being sorted and prepared for the delivery driver! How do you even manage to "lose" a plushie inside a secured warehouse right before loading it into the van?!

I have already contacted Glitch Productions support, provided all the screenshots from the courier, and strictly demanded a replacement package to be sent via a sane, normal carrier like Correos or DHL. I'm not risking another EcoScooting nightmare.

If you are from Spain or Europe and waiting for your Glitch merch, please double-check your tracking. If it's with EcoScooting, be careful. I'll keep you guys updated on whether Glitch support handles this properly!

UPDATE: EcoScooting officially LOST my plush, and Glitch Support is still ghosting me

I’m writing to update you on my situation with Glitch completely ignoring me and the lousy delivery service (Ecoscooting), which, as it turns out, LOST MY PACKAGE AT THE WAREHOUSE.

For those of you who’ve had merchandise go missing, did Glitch’s support team send you a replacement via a different shipping service, or did they just refund your money?

My direct message to r/GlitchProductions:

I have been a loyal fan and customer for a long time, but being ghosted by your support team for over a week while your chosen courier loses my items is completely unacceptable.

Under EU consumer protection laws, you are legally responsible for the delivery until the product safely reaches my hands. Since EcoScooting officially failed to deliver and confirmed the loss, your contractual obligation has not been met.

I do NOT want a refund. I want my item. I kindly but firmly demand a free reshipment / replacement of my plush. Furthermore, I strictly request that you send this replacement using a reliable, normal carrier (like Correos, SEUR, or DHL). EcoScooting has proven to be absolutely incompetent. Please check your inbox for Order #GLITCH1282894 and finally respond to my emails before I went to file a complaint against you and your logistics partner with the higher authorities . Let’s resolve this professionally.

2 weeks with ZERO updates. EcoScooting is holding my plush hostage and Glitch support is completely ignoring my emails. Help?

Hey everyone,

I’m posting an update because the situation with my Glitch merch order in Spain has gotten completely ridiculous.

The package arrived at the local courier (EcoScooting) back on June 19th and has been stuck at their warehouse for two weeks now. I've contacted them multiple times, but they just spam me with automated "sorting process" templates.

To make things worse, support@finalfinalproject.com (Glitch's official merch support) has completely ghosted me. I’ve sent multiple emails, followed up on old threads, and submitted their official website contact form several times over the past few days, but I'm getting absolute radio silence. I just sent them a "Second Notice" ticket today, but I doubt they’ll reply before Monday.

I definitely don't want a refund, I just want my package delivered.

Has anyone else from Europe or Spain dealt with EcoScooting delaying Glitch packages like this? How long does it usually take for Final Final Project to actually reply when they ghost you?

Delivery problems in Spain

I’m in Spain and I’m having a massive headache with my recent Glitch merch order (the Kit plush).

The package arrived at the local courier service (EcoScooting) back on June 19th, and it has been completely frozen at their warehouse for two weeks now. I’ve contacted EcoScooting at least 5 times, but they just copy-paste the same generic response saying it's "in the sorting process."

To make things worse, support@finalfinalproject.com (Glitch's official merch support) has completely stopped replying to me. I’ve sent multiple emails, followed up on old threads, and submitted their official website contact form several times already, but I'm getting absolute radio silence. I even tried opening a brand new ticket today, but still nothing.

Has anyone else from Spain or Europe dealt with EcoScooting delaying Glitch packages for weeks? How did you manage to get your plushies? I definitely don't want a refund, I just want my package delivered**.** How long does it usually take for Glitch support to actually respond to tickets? Is there a better way to get through to them?

Gaslighting EcoScooting

Hola a todos,

Esta es la tercera vez que publico aquí sobre estos impresentables y, sinceramente, siento que esta pesadilla nunca va a terminar. Lo he intentado absolutamente todo. Me he puesto en contacto con el vendedor (Glitch Productions), he bombardeado a mensajes el soporte de la web de EcoScooting e incluso acudí a las autoridades locales y presenté una denuncia oficial (Hoja de Reclamaciones ante la OMIC de Mijas).

Siguiendo la ley, les envié el formulario de la reclamación y les exigí un acuse de recibo, lo que legalmente inicia su cuenta atrás de 10 días hábiles para entregar mis cosas o enfrentarse a fuertes multas.

¿Y saben qué hicieron estos estafadores?

Hoy, un operador diferente responde al mismo hilo de correos electrónico, mirándome "a los ojos" y escribiendo: "Lamentablemente, al ingresar los números de seguimiento que nos proporcionaste, no está arrojando información en nuestro sistema. ¿Podrías verificar los números?"

¡¿Pero están locos?! Literalmente hace dos días, otro agente de su propio equipo me respondió en ese mismo hilo confirmando explícitamente que ambos paquetes SÍ estaban en su sistema, en su almacén, y que NO estaban perdidos ni devueltos. Solo estaban "en proceso de gestión para la entrega".

Ahora, en el momento en que ven una reclamación del gobierno adjunta, de repente intentan borrar mis paquetes de la existencia para ganar tiempo o ocultar pruebas. Ya les he respondido con capturas de pantalla de su propio correo de hace dos días demostrando que están mintiendo.

En serio, ¿es este un comportamiento normal en EcoScooting? ¿Suelen jugar al escondite y mentir diciendo que los paquetes no están en el sistema cuando se asustan por acciones legales, o es que me odian personalmente a estas alturas? ¿Alguien ha conseguido recuperar sus cosas después de que empezaran a jugar tan sucio?

¿Es normal que Ecoscooting tenga los paquetes parados en el almacén por más de 7 días? Siempre prometen falsamente que lo entregan mañana y al final nunca llega nada.

¿Alguien más ha tenido problemas con los repartos de EcoScooting? (Falsos intentos de entrega)

Buenas a todos,

Quería preguntar si alguno de vosotros ha tenido malas experiencias recientemente con la empresa de mensajería EcoScooting, sobre todo con paquetes internacionales que vienen de Asia (Yanwen, etc.).

Me acaba de pasar una cosa surrealista: en el seguimiento de mi paquete pone que "el envío será devuelto a su origen". Dicen que intentaron entregarlo, lo cual es totalmente mentira. Solo tengo una llamada perdida en mi móvil principal y absolutamente nada en el número alternativo. No han dejado el paquete en ningún punto de recogida cercano (que tengo uno a 5 minutos) y directamente lo mandan de vuelta a China a los pocos días.

¿Es normal que trabajen tan mal? ¿Alguien ha conseguido que le vuelvan a repartir el paquete tras reclamar, o ya lo puedo dar por perdido y pedir el reembolso a la tienda?
