After weeks of troubleshooting random black screens, sudden restarts, and Kernel-Power Event ID 41 crashes, I finally found the fix.

I tried almost everything:

• Reinstalling Windows
• RAM tests
• Stress testing GPU/CPU
• BIOS updates
• PSU checks
• Disabling XMP
• Temperature monitoring

Nothing worked.

The actual problem was the newer NVIDIA drivers.

Fix:
Downgrade your NVIDIA driver to 577.00.

Since installing 577.00:

• No more Kernel-Power 41 crashes
• No random reboots
• No black screens
• System completely stable again

If you're getting Event Viewer logs with:

and you've already ruled out hardware issues, try rolling back your NVIDIA driver before replacing parts unnecessarily.

Hope this helps someone because this issue was driving me insane.
