Luck on asking local jewelers to set loose diamond with your own setting?
Recently purchased a loose diamond from Aurelline and a semi-mount via Etsy. I know to call local jewelers to see if they’ll do the work to set the diamond into my setting. Just feeling nervous about asking because I’ve seen people be told no since the jeweler didn’t provide the stone or the setting. Has anyone had luck with this or offer advice on what to do/say? Thanks!
