Got around to doing the tune and associated work and it honestly feels the same or maybe even slower? How is this possible?

So I just did the tune on my CJAA and now I'm getting the flashing coil light. I checked VCDS and there's contribution codes for all cylinders. If I clear the codes, they reappear after starting the car again. These were not present prior to tuning.

Since it's only happening after the tune and all cylinders are reporting, it's gotta be something other than weak injectors. Right?
