I have 4 OD cc. RCBC 1 year+ (65k including penalties) +, 2 metrobanks mag 1 year pa lang sa October (60k+ each including penalties), eastwest 4 months OD (95k including penalties). As of now i dont have work since last year. Hindi na kasi kinaya ng anxiety ko yung work ko kaya nagresign ako. I am a PWD (psycosocial disabilities). Currently no work pero naghahanap na ako ng work, pero unfortunately wala pang tawag. I have small business pero mas malaki pa kinikita ng minimum wage earner.

Possible bang ifile na nila yan sa small claims? Ayaw ko sana umabot, kasi sympre nakakatakot din naman. Plan ko unahin rcbc since yung CA nila mahilig magpadala ng demand letter sa bahay.

Sa 3 banks na yan, sino yung most likely na nagfifile ng small claims?

Note: Gusto ko silang bayaran na. I just need to buy time para makahanap ng work.

Gusto ko lang maset utak ko at makapagplan ng maayos para mabayaran utang ko.

Plan ko din kasi magrequest if possible ng 70% discount. Parang may nabasa ata akong ganun.
