I have a samsung galaxy A52. I was riding my bike home from school and my phone slipped out of my pocket and it crashed into the ground and now it wont start. the phone has already been in bad shape before(the back panel falls off and I have to charge it at an angle). there was a big cable thing that came out of the place. I tried to put it back but it wouldn't go, then I tried to open the whole thing up to see inside but I couldn't because the screws wouldn't turn. sometimes when I hold the power button I can feel a slight vibration but the screen wont light up. I would at least want my phone numbers into my sim card so I can put it into a new phone. please help me!
