So my research subject has been on reta and for research what would be better to stack with it tesa or mots-c? Also when using ghk for research how should it be used ?

As the title says I’m looking to upgrade. I currently have AirPods Pro 2 and I’m not sure what’s the best upgrade I have no specific budget I just want the best quality earbud for bass heavy music at times but also being able to make it sound more neutral when I want.
I’ve heard about the Sony xm6 are they really worth it compared to what I currently have ?
