Just got into TNA after years of only watching WWE — where do I start watching to catch up?

Title: Just got into TNA after years of only watching WWE — where do I start watching to catch up?

So I've been a WWE-only person basically my whole life, but a few people online kept talking about Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC and I caught last week's episode on a whim. I had no idea what was going on but I was genuinely entertained.
Where do people recommend I start? Like, is there a particular PPV from the last year or two that gives the best "this is what TNA is about" experience?

Best rivalries in the Big West

The Big West has some really solid rivalries, especially between the UC and Cal State schools. Long Beach State vs UC Irvine is usually one of the most competitive and physical matchups, and Hawaii’s games against mainland teams tend to have extra intensity.

Some of these rivalries are rooted in geography and history, while others have grown from recent battles on the court or field. What’s your favorite Big West rivalry, and why does it stand out to you?
