HP Victus display failed after ~2 years with no physical damage — ₹12k–₹15k replacement
My ₹75,000 HP Victus (13th Gen i5), just ~2 years old, has developed a serious display issue with no physical damage.
The service centre says it could be due to “usage or heat.” The original display replacement costs around ₹12k–₹15k.
Why should a ₹75k laptop have a major display failure after only 2 years of normal use without any external damage?
Very disappointed. Has anyone else faced this issue with their Victus? Video attached.
