JetBlue Turned a Bad Travel Day Into a Worse One
Really disappointed with JetBlue. I understand it’s the 4th of July weekend and airports are busy, but after delaying our flight by over 5 hours, they waited until we were boarding to tell us we had to gate-check our 20-inch hard side carry-on, the exact same bag we flew to San Diego with on JetBlue just a few days earlier with no issues. It felt like an unnecessary last-minute hassle for no reason. Now it’s 2:45 a.m., and we’re still waiting for our bags at JFK after an already exhausting day.
Thanks, JetBlue, for this amazing service.
