CSM , when making the FE schedule does everyone use the “ coverage “ ( scheduling how many it calls for at that certain hour ) or do y’all just schedule the amount of hours you get ?

CL has no carts in the store bc he’s been bs his last 20 mins & his shift is up & he comes up & asks if he can clock out now ? Are you letting him or no ?
