Psyllium husk

Hi guys! Just a quick question... does anybody knoy how to consume psyllium husk correctly? I mean, i have IBS and constipation, so i tried to consume psyllium with 2 glasses of water (the first one with the psyllium itself and the second one just after drink it). It actually helps me to.... wel... poop, but i felt like i wasn't breathing "normal". I thought it was just like anxiety or fear but that feeling stayed for 3 days or something like that. And idk, maybe i just take it bad. I remember it had "lumps", maybe that was the mistake? Because i also tried ground chia, and it made me feel exactly the same (it had lumps too). I am afraid, because i am going to travel in a few weeks, and I really want to be okay for that. I think psyllium is easier to consume while traveling (more than a hundred fruits and veggies), because things like citrucel (pills) are hard for me to consume, because i need like 6 pills for just one day, and at least 1 glass of water with each dose. Sorry guys, if you struggled with that too, please let me know how you managed it. Thank you guys! :)

Foods for constipation

Hi guys! I have IBS, and sadly constipation too. I was on a low fodmap diet, but right now i can eat fructans and GOS almost normaly (there are limits, but they aren't that bad). But something that i'm struggling with is the constipation. Sorry for saying it like that, but i always feel like "something remains inside" and it's hard to me to... well... to poop. Some people told me that chia seeds or flaxseeds could help, they actually do, but i truely don't like the flavor. I don't know which foods could have much fiber and be low fodmap. I also tried psyllium husk, but when i took it i felt difficult to breathing. Maybe i just took it in a bad way, but idk.

Sorry guys, if some of you know something that maybe can help, it will be great. And if it's something easy to eat (because some foods are "high in fiber" but only when you eat 1000000 grams of them) better.

Thank you! :)

Question about Duke's

Hi!! Sorry for the ignorance, but I was wondering if you guys could tell me about the flavor of Duke's mayonaisse. I have lemon intolerance, so i can't consume the Alacena mayonaisse (which is very popular here in Peru) and i've heard that Duke's is a good option. I also tried the Kewpie's mayonaisse, because some people told me it taste "just like Alacena" but in my opinion, it doesn't. Maybe that's because I tried the Japanese version of that, but I actually don't know. Well, if some of you could try to describe a little bit the taste of Duke's, it will be great. Thank you guys!! 🙂
