

Feel like I’ve made no progress for around 2-3 months of gym. 16M, 6,1, 70kg. Is this good progress? Or do I push more?
Maybe I’m just overthinking it but I’m not too impressed for 2-3 months of going gym. I am highly dedicated to keep going and stuff I’m just looking for advice. I eat 120g-150g protein a day and I feel like my arms haven’t grown. I have been doing a PPLRULR split for around 25 days.
