Looking at a 5-6 week old female Mali pup, last pics are parents (lean dark mask dad, fawn mom). She’s got a fawn body now with a very dark face and head, basically looks like she’s wearing a black hood. Will she lighten up to look like mom or stay dark like dad? Does the heavy dark face mask usually stay or fade with age? Also she has a visible white strip down the chest, will that get bigger or smaller as she grows? Planning to use her for protection work and obedience so I don’t care about show standard, just curious what to expect. Any input from people who raised Mali pups from this age appreciated.
