Has anyone else found evidence of individuals banditing the race? Either with no bib, a fake bib, or illegally used bib?

One popped up on my feed and its quite blatant its hard to ignore. Whats the protocol here? Do people usually report this to NYRR? Do they even take reports seriously?

I recognize the major safety concern this poses to other runners and organizers, on top of being completely unethical and selfish. With that said, how would you handle coming across a blatant example from this weekend?

Edit: I probably should have described this as a bib “mule”. They did have a bib, but it certainly did not belong to them! This runner also narrowly missed the standard for automatic NYC Marathon entry.
