Home was built in the 1960s. Gutters were installed six or seven years ago. Judging by these photos, how serious are these cracks and potential signs of historical water? Should we run from this? The upstairs looks great and renovated. Thanks in advance for any advice.

The main floor and upstairs on level two are highly renovated, however the basement is unfinished and clearly makes it evident the home was built from 1925. It has a sump pump and some cracks on the basement walls that are listed as built from “fieldstone.” Judging from these pictures, are there any deal breakers here you can notice? I know an inspector will look further into this if we get an offer accepted, however I have been researching different cracks in foundations and I can’t tell how serious these are. How common are these in a 100+ year old home? My real estate agent stated they are hairline, however neither of us have as much knowledge as an inspector would.
