Hello, I have a pair of Bose QuiteComfort Ultra Earbuds that I want to send for a warranty claim because one of them is not working properly. Bose gave me an UPS barcode to send it but since I have to send them internationally, UPS told m that I need a MSDS file to know what is inside the package as in battery. I contacted Bose for this but they told me that they don't have such a file? What can I do? Do I have any options?
