I got a pair of Moondrop Robin earbuds for Christmas last year, and I just noticed that the case was no longer charging. I tried using several chords and chargers of varying strength, but they remain at extremely low charge with no sign of charging. I can occasionally get the light to indicate charging by pressing the charger in at a specific angle, but it only remains that way for a few seconds before going back to not holding a charge at all. Is this a known problem, and is there any way to fix it/purchase a new case for cheaper than an entirely new pair of earbuds?
