I see a lot of people promoting MassGrave/MAS activation scripts here on reddit when I look on how to activate my Windows without paying exorbitant prices to Microsoft. Is it really safe though?

Would it be better to just get a key from a Site that uses a safe checkout like Stripe?
Or should I just send it and run the MassGrave script to activate? Has anyone ever had any issues with it?
